Petty vent of the day.

Unless you are expecting a phone call that is directly related to life and death, you really don’t need to answer your phone during church.  Or Bible study.  Or a meeting.  It’s called voice mail, people; look into it.  No one is so important that they can’t wait an hour for you to call them back.  And you are not so important that they are breathlessly waiting by the phone for your call.

Nine things you might not know about me. Good recipe.

You know what pisses me off? Standing in line behind some woman (and yes, it’s always women) at a convenience store or grocery store and she’s standing there the whole time yaking away on her phone, even while the clerk is trying to complete the transaction. Seriously, I don’t care about what’s going on in their life, I’m sure the clerk doesn’t care, and the twelve people your holding up really don’t care. If you have to talk on your phone so much, than it’s time for therapy, because clearly you have issues.
