Stop and smell the flowers.

If you or someone you know is getting married in the near future, I have a suggestion for your florist.  Janet Duncan is a florist in Augusta, and she does BEAUTIFUL work.

Because she doesn’t have a shop and does all of her floral work out of her home, Janet can keep her prices lower than other floral shops.  She also travels anywhere for weddings, especially around the state of Kansas.  Unlike many flower shops, which schedule multiple weddings and events on the same weekends, Janet only schedules one wedding each weekend so she can focus exclusively on that event.

Janet will accommodate any bride’s style, color scheme, season, etc.  She can make flower suggestions based on what’s in season and what works well with the theme of your wedding.  In addition to flowers for the wedding party, Janet does flowers for the wedding hall or church, reception hall, cake, and more.

For a consultation, contact Janet at jduncan36@cox.net.  The pictures shown here are from my wedding in October, 2005.

All I knew was that I wanted hot pink and silver as my colors for the wedding. Janet suggested the flowers that would pull in my colors.

We got the cake from Cameo Cakes here in Wichita. After they delivered it, Janet decorated it with fresh flowers to coordinate with my theme.
